Online Access to Medical Records

King's Medical Centre provides a facility called SystmOnline which allows you to do things like booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions at a time convenient to you and view your GP record.

SystmOnline can be accessed via the practice website and it is also available as an app, which can be used on Apple devise and on Android devices. The app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and from the Google Play Store. Simply click the relevant logo on the SystmOnline login page.

Logging in to SystmOnline

To use the SystmOnline service, you will need to register at the practice. You cannot register for this service online because the practice needs to verify your identity. You can download the registration form online but you will need two attend the practice with two forms of ID, one being photo ID.

Once you have registered at the practice, you will be given a SystmOnline username and password.

What information will I be able to see?

  • allergies and sensitivities
  • vaccinations and immunisations
  • appointments including booking and cancelling
  • medications
  • changing your contact details
  • view summary care record
  • view pathology results
  • view your clinical record

Can I alter the record?

No, only practice staff can alter your record. However if you see something which you think needs to be changed, please contact the practice manager as soon as possible. Any changes to your medical record will be authorised by a GP.
